- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My first visit to the surgery was excellent, I was very pleased with the Dr I saw and that's all I could care about it despite semi polite staff at the reception. Since then the policy for appointments has changed making it a pain for anyone working and my latest and last visit was showing how much this surgery cares about numbers more than patients. Waiting time was up the roof which is absolutely disgraceful in our day and age... People are busy, have appointments, and cannot spend an 45 minutes waiting. If one Doctor needs that much time for one patient, I would question her capacity to give any accurate prognosis. The only option they could give me was simply to wait longer... Not to rebook! This surgery is absolutely pathetic from the receptionist to their policy.by Nicolas AuffretOctober 09, 2017
