- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Starting out at the gym, I booked onto a gym induction and also a gym plan session, both with Greg. He has been incredibly helpful in these sessions, taking the time to work through a gym plan with me in great detail. One of the best things about Nuffield is that you can book a review session for around 4 weeks after your first session, allowing you to discuss with a trainer how you are getting on and adjust your plan accordingly. I was so impressed with the effort and care Greg put into helping me to be as prepared as possible as I begin my time in the gym.
